45 Draper was a condominium conversion of a 100+ year old multifamily building in Arlington, MA. Offering views of the Lower Mystic Lake, this property stands out in a neighborhood predominantly composed of single-family homes. The project combined classic architectural details with modern design elements. Each unit includes an open floor plan, a dining room, a spacious kitchen, full bathrooms, and in-unit laundry facilities. The building experienced significant updates to meet 21st-century standards, including the installation of new, environmentally friendly HVAC systems and electrical upgrades.
